Overview

We are pleased to announce that our 73rd Annual Meeting is being held May 9-11, 2011 at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA. This year’s theme is “A Little Less Conversation…A Little More Action” and we are encouraging you to decorate your booth with an “Elvis” theme.

We acknowledge how important the exhibit hall location and amount of time exhibitors have to meet and greet the 300+ attendees. This year, we have arranged the agenda so the vendors have a minimum of 13 hours of exhibit time as well as a game “Where’s Elvis” at each booth to encourage all attendees to visit. The exhibit hall is only steps away from the educational sessions and breakfast and lunch will be served in the vendor area.

As a vendor, you do not want to miss out on the 2011 PHIMA Annual Meeting opportunity. Make sure to reserve your booth by February 11, 2011 to get the early bird registration plus a Premier booth location.

We are looking forward to seeing you in May 2011 in Hershey!
