Overview

We are pleased to announce our 72nd Annual Meeting is being held May 10 – 12, 2010 and has a new location this year – Hershey Lodge, Hershey Pennsylvania. This year’s theme coordinates well with the location "Sweet New Adventure”.   We know how important the exhibit hall location and amount of time exhibitors have to meet and greet the 300  plus attendees. This year we have arranged the agenda enabling the vendors to have a minimum of 12 hours of Exhibit time with 8 of those hours being exclusive!  Plus the exhibit hall is only steps away from the educational sessions.

PHIMA has excited to announce the PA eHealth Initiative Members will be joining us this year as a co-sponsor for our event.  They will be providing us with additional attendees as well as exhibitors to make this year a continued success.  As a vendor you do not want to miss out on the 2010 PHIMA Annual Meeting opportunity.  Make sure you reserve your booth by January 31, 2010 to get the early bird registration plus a premiere booth location.
