Attendees will contact Hershey Resort
Reservations Department directly to make
their own guest room arrangements.
Credit card information is required at
the time of registration to which one
night’s room and tax will be charged as
a deposit. Any request for special room
arrangements must be made at the time of
the reservation. Guest accommodations
will be available after 4:00 pm on
arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am
on departure date.
