Justin D'Appolonia, SPHR, MS.Ed Justin D’Appolonia is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in long-term care, manufacturing, and education. Mr. D’Appolonia possesses a strong background in Human Capital Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Organizational Development, and the implementation of Lean Enterprise Systems. Prior to joining Acusis, Justin served as the Director of Human Resources with Continuing Care Rx, a leading for-profit, long-term care pharmacy service provider where he served as a strategic partner on the executive management team and led a team of highly skilled HR professionals in the delivery of comprehensive HR solutions to a rapidly growing organization. Mr. D’Appolonia previously held positions with Guilford, Inc, where he maintained multi-site HR and Operations responsibilities to include the restructuring of several of their manufacturing facilities and Carteret County Schools in North Carolina where he was recognized as the 2002-2003 Certified Employee of the Year. Justin earned his B.A. at the University of Rhode Island and M.S.Ed. at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. |
