In order to
promote pride in the Health Information
Management profession and to recognize those
whose contributions locally have not necessarily
resulted in State or National recognition, but
whose work or actions have benefited CPHIMA
members or who stand as good examples of the
profession, the CPHIMA Executive Board will
select one or more distinguished members
annually. Nominees may be submitted by any
CPHIMA member throughout the year.
An application should be
completed when nominating a candidate.
