Please note:  Reimbursement will be provided to eligible participates at the end of each Quarter – October, January, April, and July.

The schedule will be as follows:

• Applications completed in July to September will receive payment in October

• Applications completed in October to December will receive payment in January

• Applications completed in January to March will receive payment in April

• Applications completed in April to June will receive payment in July

You must be an current member of AHIMA and designate Pennsylvania as your Component State Association (CSA)

1. Copy of the exam certificate
   

2. Copy of a passing certificate from an approved HIT/HIM program including the Independent Study Program or a graduating program in a field related to Health Information.
