Career Center  - Student Scholarship

All applications must be submitted with required materials:

  • A copy of a recent transcript of credits from an accredited HIM, HIT or graduate program (showing an minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.3); and
     

  • Two letters of reference.

All records of applicants will remain confidential and will be used only by PHIMA for purposes of determining eligibility and verifying qualifications.
