The PHIMA Nominating committee is currently soliciting candidates for the PHIMA ballot for the offices of:
- President-Elect
- 1st Year Director
- 1st Year Delegates (1) and Alternate
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Due to the critical nature of these positions and their resulting impact on the present and future of PHIMA and our profession, we would like to have at least one candidate for each office from each of the regions. As an officer, you have the additional bonus of being able to network with the other members of the Board and enjoy the commitment with people you like and respect.
If you, or someone you know, are interested in running for one of these positions, please review the present PHIMA Officer Guidelines. If you think you qualify to run for an office, please contact your regional president, regional nominating chair or myself. Complete the nomination form. Please note that membership status and willingness to run will be verified by the Nominating Committee before a name is placed in nomination.
A brief description of the duties for each office is included with the Officer Guidelines. Board meetings are either held in central Pennsylvania or by conference call. More information is available upon request. If you would like more information on a PHIMA office or candidate qualifications, please do not hesitate to contact Denise French at ddfrench0208@gmail.com or your local president:
