PHIMA Annual Meeting – August 24-25, 2020

PHIMA is pleased to announce that our 82nd Annual Conference is being held August 24 & 25, 2020 at the Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Conference Center in Lancaster, PA. This year’s theme is “Change. Transformation. Success”.  We are hoping you will join us!

For those of you who have exhibited at our Annual Conferences in the past and for those who have sponsored various events in the past, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support. You have played a big part in the success that we have enjoyed over the years. I am looking forward to another successful event.

We acknowledge the importance of the exhibit hall and amount of time exhibitors have to meet and greet the 200+ attendees. There will be a number of events in the vendor area and other opportunities for vendors to interact with participants. A booth in the vendor area is not the only opportunity to get your information in front of the attendees. There are many sponsorship opportunities, such as student scholarships, lunches, breaks, speakers, neck wallets, prizes, and the conference app which all attendees will utilize throughout the conference. We are excited to be in Lancaster at the newly renovated Wyndham Resort and Convention Center for this year’s event.

As an exhibitor, you do not want to miss out on the 2020 PHIMA Annual Conference opportunity. Make sure to reserve your booth by July 10, 2020 to get the early bird registration AND preference of booth selection.   The PHIMA Board of Directors has voted to keep the prices the same as last year – there is NOT an increase in price in 2020.

A company representative will present the award. The sponsor will receive 2 tickets to the Monday business meeting lunch.

Cancellation

The exhibitor booth and sponsorship are non-refundable.

Registration

Register

Online registration will close at 11:59 PM ET August 19, 2020. Onsite registration will not be available.

When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
