Audio Conference Series
Description
HIMA would like to continue your ICD-10 education with series of audio conferences on the inpatient procedure root operations contained in ICD-10-PCS. The goal of this class is to review the root operations and compare them to actual clinical documentation of procedures.
These audio-conferences will be offered monthly as a Lunch ‘N Learn beginning promptly at 11:15 AM and concluding promptly at 12:15 PM EST.
CEs: 1 per session * Qualifies for AHIMA ICD-10 CEU credits

George Costantino, MD, MS, FACS

Provider Resources, Inc. (PRI)
Medical Director for Program Integrity and Executive Team member for PRI. At PRI, duties include supporting Medical Review and other operational units, providing medical expertise and clinical judgment, interpreting policies and guidelines as well as Medicare regulations, instructions, and payment rules. Also serves as medical director for the Recovery Auditor Validation Contractor (RVC) interfacing with CMS and the Recovery Auditors on a regular basis to discuss coverage and audit issues.
Prior to joining PRI, served as the Contractor Medical Director for NGS involved in the development of local coverage determinations. Clinical experience includes 27 years of clinical practice as a general surgeon, serving as chairman of the Department of Surgery at a community hospital for four years.

Anna Marie Kish, BSN, RN, ARNP, NP-C
Ms. Kish was born, raised, and educated in Pittsburgh PA. She received her BSN and Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Pittsburgh and is certified in Primary Care by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Pittsburgh and Florida for over 31 years.
In addition to her clinical experience in primary care and mental health, she has been involved in providing education to other health care providers, patients, families, and community groups throughout her career. She was actively involved in implementing the electronic medical record and training other providers at the VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach Florida.
Ms. Kish is currently active in educating Health Information professionals in Anatomy and Physiology. She developed and taught the Anatomy and Physiology Refresher for ICD-10 CM/PCS Audio series, and is co-presenting the upcoming ICD-10 PCS Root Operations Audio series, offered by Pennsylvania Health Information Management Association. She has presented at IaHIMA and PHIMA annual meetings.

You will have the option to participate in the live session and/or access the recorded session.
Registration includes access to the seminar for as many colleagues as you can fit in a room with a speakerphone.
For live audio conference registrations, a registration is for use for 1 phone line. If you access this audio conference from more than 1 phone line, you will be responsible for an additional registration fee.

Live Audio Conference:
Access instructions will be emailed to the registrant two business days prior to the audio conference. Speaker Phones: If you are using a speaker phone to broadcast this call, please make sure that the volume is appropriately adjusted properly on the phone. We recommend that you test the quality of your speaker phone prior to the call. In addition, if you have a large room you might want to consider using a microphone to use in conjunction with the speaker phone.
Within five days after the live audio conference, all paid registrants will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation. After completing, you will have the option to download the CE certificate. On Demand (Recorded) Audio Conference:
Access instructions will be emailed to the paid registrant within five business days after the recorded live audio conference. If you do not receive, please email us at support@knowledgeconnex.com.
