Michelle Charette, RHIA

Michelle is the Manager, Medical Records Services for WellSpan Health since June 2014. Prior to that she managed Document Imaging at Lancaster General Health from November 2006 to June 2014. Michelle served as Treasurer of CPHIMA from 2007 – 2011 and President-Elect, President and Past President from 2011 – 2014. She has worked with 2 different health care organizations on the quest for HIMSS 7 accreditation.

Diane Kolodinsky, MS, RHIA

Diane has over 30 years experience in the healthcare technology field, with emphasis on Revenue Cycle and HIM information systems. She is presently employed as Director, Revenue Cycle Applications at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.

Diane has responsibility for the development, implementation and oversight of enterprise wide revenue cycle and HIM applications. She also works closely with Patient Accounting and HIM leadership to leverage and evaluate technology to improve operational workflow. Diane has also served as the revenue cycle project manager for EMR system implementations.

Diane holds a BS in Health Information Management and an MS in Health Informatics both from Temple University.

Douglas McGill, MSHCPM

Mr. McGill is the Director of Clinical Outcomes and Professional Practice Evaluation within the department of Quality Analytics at UPMC. He, along with his colleagues at The Wolff Center, help oversee UPMC’s commitment to delivering the highest quality of care and employee engagement. As part of UPMC’s commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare, Mr. McGill oversees the organization’s involvement in National clinical outcome registries (e.g. ACS NSQIP, STS, SVS, etc.) and associated publicly reported outcomes. Additionally, Mr. McGill manages a multidisciplinary team of clinical, IT, and operational leaders who work to continually integrate, analyze, and expand UPMC’s electronic clinical data across the enterprise to meet the demands of an ever evolving healthcare system. As part of this work, he provides system leadership and centralized support for ensuring UPMC’s medical staff meet the professional practice evaluation criteria for The Joint Commission accreditation/surveys and other accreditation agencies. In his most recent experience prior to joining The Wolff Center at UPMC, Mr. McGill worked within UPMC’s Strategic Planning Department where he managed UPMC’ market share reporting and developed in-depth market trend analyses to vet potential mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. McGill holds a Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and completed a post-graduate certification in the Fundamentals of Value-Based Health Care at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth University.
