CPHIMA Membership

July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022

Membership Types:

Active ($20): Individuals interested in the AHIMA purpose and willing to abide by the Code of Ethics; offers full voting privileges, may hold any office.

Student (no charge): Any student formally enrolled full-time in an AHIMA accredited or approved program, including those pending accreditation/approval. Part-time students are also eligible so long as they are not currently employed in the HIM field. Students may serve on committees and vote within committees but have no general voting privileges nor may students hold office or committee chair appointment.

Honorary (no charge): Any person who has been an active member of CPHIMA for 30 years.

Join:

When you join online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).

If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
